Gate (pump) station monitoring system is responsible for the production and operation of the main parameters of the South-to-north Water Transfer Project. It is very important to select the large-scale SCADA monitoring platform and construct monitoring system which has perfect functions. According to the needs of the east section of Shandong gate (pump) station monitoring system, the article chooses SCADA MOSAIC as software of the monitoring platform, designs the scheme of the monitoring system, describes the method of the three level and redundancy of the monitoring system. The system can fully adapt to the monitoring business of the South-to-north water diversion (pump) station, but also provide a successful example for the construction of similar projects in the future.
