应激性心肌病是一种由情绪或躯体应激诱发的非典型性心肌病，以左心室收缩功能障碍、影像学检查与心电图呈一过性改变为特点，严重者可发生猝死，其症状与急性心肌梗死相似，确切病理机制尚不清楚。本文结合国内外文献对该病的临床表现、流行病学特征、心电图及影像学检查及实验室检查进行综述，以期为法医病理学诊断提供帮助。

Stress cardiom yopathy is an atypical myocardial disease induced by em otional or physical stress, w ith the characteristic of left ventricular systolic dysfunction, transient im aging and electrocardio-gram (ECG ) changes. Sudden cardiac death can occur in severe cases. Clinical sym ptom s are likely to appear on acute myocardial infarction, but the exact pathological m echanism is unclear. In the present study, w e perform a system atic review of the literature on the clinical m anifestations, epidem iological characteristics, ECG , im aging and laboratory tests of stress cardiom yopathy, in order to provide the val-ues for forensic pathology diagnosis.
