为了解黑龙江水系银鲫Carassius auratus gibelio和普通鲫C. auratus auratus的胚胎发育过程,对银鲫(3n♀×3n ♂, SS)和普通鲫(2n♀×2n♂, DD)的胚胎发育过程进行了比较观察。结果表明: SS ( DD)成熟的卵子呈浅黄色,卵膜透明,圆形,有黏性,卵径为1.3~1.7 mm (1.2~1.6 mm );水温为(23±1)℃条件下, SS (DD)受精后1 h 08 min (1 h 03 min)进入卵裂期,受精后2 h 54 min (5 h 02 min)进入囊胚期,受精后8 h 06 min (6 h 49 min)进入原肠胚期,受精后10 h 25 min (10 h 51 min)进入神经胚期,受精后14 h 22 min(16 h 20 min)进入器官形成期,59 h 31 min(59 h 05 min)后出膜。研究表明, SS和DD均具有正常的早期胚胎发育过程,这为进一步了解SS和DD的遗传背景和生殖方式提供了生物学依据。

The morphological characteristics of embryonic development were observed in diploid crucian carp Car-assius auratus auratus(2n♀×2n♂,DD)and silver crucian carp C. auratus gibelio(3n♀×3n♂,SS)in Heilongjiang River. The SS( DD) had yellow round adhensive mature eggs with transparent membrane, and egg diameter of 1. 3-1. 7 mm(1. 2-1. 6 mm). The fertilized eggs from SS(DD) developed into cleavage stage 1 h 08 min(1 h 03 min)after fertilization at(23±1)℃. At the same conditions, blastula stage appear 2 h 54 min(5 h 02 min)after fertilization, gastrula stage appear 8 h 06 min(6 h 49 min) after fertilization, neurula stage was observed 10 h 25 min(10 h 51 min) after fertilization, organogenesis stage was noticed 14 h 22 min(16 h 20 min) after fertilization, and hatching stage was observed 59 h 31 min(59 h 05 min) after fertilization. The findings indicated that SS and DD had normal early embryonic development,provided an evidence to understand the genetic background and repro-duction for SS and DD.
