[目的]构建具有较高信度和效度的本科护生创新能力培养教学质量评价指标体系。[方法]运用文献研究、教学调研、专家咨询等方法建立量表的条目池,采用条目分布考查、t 检验、探索性因子分析进行条目筛选,选用重测信度和 Cronbach’s α系数检验量表的信度,选用内容效度和结构效度检验量表的效度。[结果]形成了一个含有9个一级指标、32个二级指标的本科护生创新能力培养教学质量评价量表,共解释总变异的63.93%,重测信度为0.916,Cronbach’s α系数为0.924。[结论]初步拟定的评价量表具有良好的信效度,是一种具有实用性、科学性和推广性创新能力培养教学质量测量工具。

Objective:To construct the innovation ability cultivation teaching quality evaluation index system of undergraduate nursing students that has higher reliability and validity.Methods:The item pool of scale was es-tablished by using literature research,teaching investigation and expert consultation.The item distribution test,t test and exploratory factor analysis were used for items screening.The reliability of scale was tested by retest reliability and Cronbach’s αcoefficient,the validity of scale was tested by content validity and structure validity.Results:The innovation ability cultivation teaching quality evaluation system of undergraduate nursing students was formed including 9 first level indicators and 32 secondary indicators,explained 63.93 percent of the total variation.The retest reliability was 0.91 6,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.924.Conclusion:The prelimi-nary prepared evaluation scale had good reliability and validity,and it was a practical,scientific and promotional teaching quality measurement tool of innovative ability cultivation.
