针对某矿5308大采高工作面开采受断层影响的问题,对断层分布进行了详细的勘探,明确了断层的位置、产状,并通过控制采高,采用采煤机直接割煤和震动爆破的方式,运用单项割煤回采工艺,直接通过断层。结果表明:通过运用直接过断层的方案,减少了工作面搬家工作量,节约了费用,保证了工作面的连续推进,提高了煤炭资源采出率,并为以后类似条件下大采高工作面安全过断层提供了技术指导。

In order to solve the problem of 5308 large-mining-height face mining through a fault, the location and occurrence of fault was confirmed with exploration. By controlling mining height and applying single-direction cutting coal with blasting, the face advanced through the fault. The projection of mining through fault reduced workload of dismantlement and saved cost, ensured continuous mining and improved coal mining ratio, which provided technical instruction for large-mining-height face mining through fault under similar condition.
