对于导弹装备存在的采办风险问题,建立了导弹装备采办的评估指标体系。灰色理论与物元分析法相结合,构建了灰色物元模型,对某型导弹采办风险进行了评估,得出总的采办风险与各个评估灰类的关联系数,用最大隶属度原则得出评估结论。用实例验证了该模型的可行性,并对导弹装备的采办提出相应建议。

This paper established the assessment index system of missile equipment acquisition risk problems. It used grey theory and matter element analysis to build up the grey matter element analysis model for evaluating the risk for certain missile equipment. Then it gives the correlation coefficients of total acquisition risk with each evaluating grey-group and concluded assessment conclusion according to principle of maximum degree of membership. Finally,it verifies the feasibility of model and put forward suggestions for missile equipment acquisition.
