[目的]探讨本科实习护生生涯适应力与临床沟通行为的关系，为提高本科实习护生的临床沟通能力提供参考。[方法]对552名本科实习护生运用中文版生涯适应力量表和临床沟通能力测评量表进行测试，分析二者的关系。[结果]本科实习护生生涯适应力得分3.30分±0.37分，临床沟通行为得分2.63分±0.35分；生涯适应力与临床沟通行为呈正相关；生涯适应力中生涯关注、生涯控制、生涯自信3个维度能预测临床沟通行为的28.7%。[结论]本科实习护生生涯适应力处于中等偏上水平，临床沟通能力总体较好但需要进一步改善，生涯适应力能有效地预测本科实习护生的临床沟通行为，护理管理者或教育者应进一步培养本科实习护生的生涯适应力以提高其临床沟通能力。

Objective:To probe into the relationship between career adaptability and clinical communication be-havior of undergraduate nursing students,so as to provide references for improving the clinical communication ability of nursing students.Methods:A total of 552 undergraduate nursing students were assessed by using Chi-nese version of career adaptability and clinical communication skills assessment scale,and to analyze the rela-tionship between the both.Results:The score of career adaptability of undergraduate nursing interns was 3.30± 0.37,the score of clinical communication behavior was 2.63±0.35;the career adaptability was positively corre-lated with clinical communication behaviors;3 dimensions of career concern,career control,and career confidence in career adaptability can predict 28.7%clinical communication behavior.Conclusion:The career adaptability of undergraduate nursing interns were at middle partial level,the overall clinical communication ability was better but needed to further improved.The career adaptability can effectively predict the clinical communication be-havior of undergraduate nursing interns.Nursing managers and educators should further cultivate the career a-daptability of undergraduate nursing interns in order to improve the clinical communication ability.
