采用小型高速精密微铣床在Ti-6Al-4V合金工件表面加工微沟槽,研究了高速精密微铣床加工过程中影响表面质量的几个参数:主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度及刀具悬伸量,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析了加工参数对表面质量的影响关系,试验结果表明:主轴转速对表面粗糙度影响最为显著.综合考虑加工效率和加工表面质量的因素、极差分析,最优参数为:主轴转速40000r/min,切削深度0.05mm,进给速度90mm/min,刀具悬伸量14mm,此时Ra值为0.057μm,Rz值为0.672μm.为高速精密微铣床加工Ti-6Al-4V合金提供了理论参考.

Using high-speed precision micro-milling machine to process micro- machining grooves on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy,having studied several parameters that affect the surface quality in the process of high-speed precision micro-milling machine operation:spindle speed ,feed rate,cutting depth and tool o-verhang.Using single factor and orthogonal experiments to analyze how processing parameters affect the quality of surface and the test results show that spindle speed has the most significant influence on surface roughness.In consideration of factors on processing efficiency and surface quality,the optimal parameters are: Spindle speed 40000r/min,cutting depth 0.05mm,feed rate 90mm/min,tool overhang 14mm,at this point,Ra is 0.057μm and Rz is 0.672μm,which have offered theoretical reference to high-speed precision micro-milling machine' process on Ti-6Al-4V alloy.
