在单因素条件下进行了车削42 CrMo钢试验,得到了切削用量改变对切屑的影响规律,分析了切削用量改变导致切屑变化的原因,试验结果表明:所得切屑均为螺旋卷曲带状切屑,切削速度vc 对切屑螺旋卷曲半径影响不明显,对切屑锯齿化影响较小;进给量f对切屑螺旋卷曲半径影响较大,对切屑锯齿化影响不明显;背吃刀量ap对切屑螺旋卷曲半径及切屑锯齿化影响都显著.

Effect of cutting parameter on chip is investigated during turning 42CrMo Steels with coated ce-mented carbide cutting tool,the influence regularity of chip is obtained when cutting parameter is changing.The cause of chip between different cutting parameter is analyzed comparatively.The result of the experi-ments indicates that cutting speed impact on spiral radius of chip is much less apparent,and cutting speed has a little effect on serrated chip.Feed rate has a larger effect on spiral radius of chip,while the feed rate impact on serrated chip is not clear.Cutting depth has much larger effect on spiral radius of chip and serrated chip.
