睡眠呼吸暂停综合征( SAS)与慢性肾脏疾病( CKD)之间存在着复杂的关系，已有研究证实SAS与早期肾脏疾病、蛋白尿、终末期肾脏疾病、血液透析和肾移植等不同时期的肾脏疾病相关。由于两者之间存在较多的共同危险因素，因此正确、全面地认识，并了解SAS在CKD发生、发展过程中的可能机制，对提高SAS的临床诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。

There is a complex relationship between sleep apnea syndrome( SAS) and chronic kidney dis-ease( CKD) . Studies have confirmed that SAS is involved in different stages of kidney diseases,such as early kidney disease,proteinuria,end-stage renal disease,hemodialysis and kidney transplantation. Nevertheless, there are many common risk factors between them. It is critical to identify these risk factors correctly and thor-oughly and clarify the mechanism of SAS accelerating the process of CKD,which will play an important role in improving the diagnosis and treatment of SAS.
