在新建铁路桥梁设计和既有线加固改造中,列车的牵引力、制动力和地震力是控制桥墩纵向设计的主要因素.对于进行重载强化改造的既有铁路桥梁,由于列车制动荷载增大,导致桥墩的强化改造工程量很大,改造成本很高.本文介绍了一种通过安装速度锁定装置降低桥墩承担的纵向力比例,从而减少桥墩加固数量的改造方法,同时根据理论计算和实桥应用确定了速度锁定装置的合理技术参数与布置方式,对于降低重载铁路桥梁下部结构强化改造的工程量、节约成本具有重要意义.

W hen it comes to design of new railway bridges or strengthening of the existing railway,train traction force,braking force and earthquake force are the main factors affecting longitudinal design of bridge piers. As for the adaption of existing railway bridges to heavier braking load,amount of construction for pier strengthening is required and the cost is high. In this paper,a solution to this problem is proposed. W ith the installation of a new lock-up device,the longitudinal force distribution in piers are improved,reducing the number of piers requiring strengthening. T hrough theoretical calculation and case study,rational technical parameters are determined and appropriate layout of speed-lock up device is given. It is significantly meaningful for decrease of substructure strengthening w ork and costs.
