如何建立能够适应线位空间曲线变化的预应力混凝土连续梁桥三维模型是铁路工程 BIM 技术中的难点.本文以一铁路三跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥为研究对象,基于骨架—模板方法,应用达索3D 体验平台的内嵌EKL语言和UDF(用户定义特征) ,探索出一种混凝土节段和预应力束三维建模方法,并使该模型能够自适应线位的空间变化.这种建模方法与所建立的模板具有很强的通用性.

Building a three-dimensional( 3D) model of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge that accommodate to the changing spatial route is the key to BIM technology in railway system. In this paper,a 3-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is studied. Based on the "Skeleton-T emplate" methodology, a technique that establishes a 3D model of concrete segments and prestressing tendons is proposed with embedded EKL and UDF of 3D Experience Platform of Dassault System. With this technique,the model may be auto-adjusted to the spatial variation. T he method and templates may be applied to the modeling of other structures.
