黄陵—韩城—侯马铁路芝水沟特大桥主桥采用19 孔64 m和2 孔48 m节段预制胶接拼装简支箱梁,突破了我国多年来常规采用的湿接缝节段预制拼装桥梁的限制.本文结合芝水沟特大桥节段预制胶接拼装简支箱梁设计、施工,阐述了节段预制现场拼装梁的分类和应用情况、构造特点、设计特点、工艺特点及优势所在,可对后续节段拼装桥梁的设计和施工起到指导性作用.

Zhishuigou super-large bridge on Huangling-Hancheng-Houma Railway applies 19 × 64 m +2 × 48 m simply-supported segmental precast box-girders. T hese segments are assembled with epoxy resin instead of the traditional wet joint. Design and construction of Zhishuigou super large bridge are introduced in this paper. T he categorization and application of precast segment,as well as its structure,design,production and advantages,are presented. T hese may be used as guidance for design and construction of the same type bridge.
