目的:研制全麻手术眼贴观察其疗效,为临床应用提供真实客观的科学依据。方法择全麻手术病人200例,随机分为实验组和对照组各100例。实验组用全麻手术眼贴贴病人双眼,对照组用输液薄膜贴病人双眼。观察消毒液有无渗入病人眼内;术后病人睫毛、眉毛有无脱落;术后24h 病人眼睛有无干燥、充血、水肿,将观察数据进行统计学分析。结果实验组消毒液渗入病人眼内,术后病人睫毛、眉毛脱落,术后24h 病人眼睛干燥、充血、水肿明显低于对照组,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论全麻手术眼贴能防止消毒液渗入病人眼内,减少病人睫毛、眉毛脱落,减缓术后24h 病人眼睛干燥、充血水肿,能有效保护全麻手术病人眼睛,是一种安全有效,操作简便的器械,值得推广应用。

목적:연제전마수술안첩관찰기료효,위림상응용제공진실객관적과학의거。방법택전마수술병인200례,수궤분위실험조화대조조각100례。실험조용전마수술안첩첩병인쌍안,대조조용수액박막첩병인쌍안。관찰소독액유무삼입병인안내;술후병인첩모、미모유무탈락;술후24h 병인안정유무간조、충혈、수종,장관찰수거진행통계학분석。결과실험조소독액삼입병인안내,술후병인첩모、미모탈락,술후24h 병인안정간조、충혈、수종명현저우대조조,P<0.001,차이유통계학의의。결론전마수술안첩능방지소독액삼입병인안내,감소병인첩모、미모탈락,감완술후24h 병인안정간조、충혈수종,능유효보호전마수술병인안정,시일충안전유효,조작간편적기계,치득추엄응용。
ABSTRACT:Objective To develop anesthesia eyes affixed stickers to evaluate efficacy for clinical application to provide true and objective scientific basis. Methods 200 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 100 cases. Experimental group with anesthesia eyes affixed stickers stuck to patients' eyes, and the control group of patients with infusion film pasted. Observe whether the disinfectant penetrate the patients' eyes; post operative eyelashes, eyebrows or without loss; whether the patients' eyes after 24h dry, congestion, edema; the observational data were statistically analyzed. Results The patients disinfectant penetrate the eyes; postoperative eyelashes, eyebrows off; 24h after the patients' dry eyes, congestion, edema was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.001. Conclusion Anesthesia eye patch will prevent the infiltration of disinfectant infiltrating into the eyes of patients, reduce patients' eyelashes, eyebrows off, slowing after 24h patients' dry eyes, congestion and edema, can effectively protect the patients' eyes .Anesthesia eye patch is a safe, effective, easily to operate eye protection equipment and should be widely applied.
