Two models of Carya illinoinensis planted in the mountains and tea plantations were studied in this paper. Results showed that nutrient loss serious on the top of slope due to years of rainfall erosion, cause a huge difference in the nutrient between the top and bottom of slope. Content of nutrient elements of soil on downhill slope is 1.09~5.59 times than top of slope, tea plantation on the downhill were 1.01~1.24; pure forest afforestation survival rate of ascent was significantly lower than that in middle and lower slope of mountain, and exist significant differences; while planted in tea plantation uphill was also lower than in the downhill, but not existed significant difference; with the same slope position, planted in tea garden of shell pecan tree ground diameter, seedling height, branch and crown were greater than pure mountain forest cultivation. There were significant differences between the different slope positions, there were significant differences between different slopes of mountain cultivation, there were no significant differences between the different slopes of the tea plantation.
