动态血糖监测系统( CGMS)能持续72 h监测血糖，它突破了传统监测方法的非延续性，通过提供全天血糖漂移特征了解血糖全貌，可更好地评价相关疾病的血糖代谢水平及临床治疗情况。CGMS不仅在糖尿病中应用广泛，在胰岛素瘤、多囊卵巢综合征、慢性肾脏疾病、心血管疾病等疾病中也有重要的应用。

Continuous glucose monitoring system( CGMS) can continuously monitor the glucose fluctua-tion for 72 hours. It breaks the discontinuity of traditional method,through monitoring the dynamic variations of all-day blood glucose,it provides a more comprehensive glucose profile. CGMS is a reliable tool to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the abnormal glucose metabolism associated with related diseases. CGMS has not only been widely used in diabetes mellitus,but also in numerous diseases such as insulinoma, polycystic ovary syndrome,chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease.
