目的：分析盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月我院收治的100例老年肺炎患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗。对两组的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况进行观察和对比。结果对照组的临床治疗总有效率为80%，低于观察组的94%(P<0.05)；对照组咳嗽缓解时间、肺啰音消失时间以及体温恢复正常时间均迟于观察组(P<0.05)；两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论对老年肺炎患者采取常规治疗方法联合盐酸氨溴索，能够有效提高临床治疗效果，加速患者恢复健康，且未出现严重不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of senile pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were select as research object,and they were divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50) in random.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was used ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared. Results The clinical total efficiency in control group was 80%,which was less than 94% of the group (P<0.05) The cough relief time,pulmonary rales disappeared and body temperature returned to normal time in control group were later than those of observation group (P<0.05).No serious adverse events were reported in the two groups. Conclusion The conventional treatment method combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia, can effective-ly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients and healthy speed,and did not ap-pear serious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinic application.
