目的:探讨高加索人种白细胞介素(IL)1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核易患性关系。方法计算机检索数据库,收集有关高加索人种IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核病易患性关系病例对照研究,提取纳入文献的相关数据进行Meta分析,以病例组与对照组IL-1β+3953位点各种基因模型的比值比为效应指标。结果共6篇研究符合纳入标准,累计病例数1024例,对照组995例。 Meta分析表明,IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核病易患性无明显关联性( CC比TT:OR=0.66,95%CI 0.40~1.09,P=0.11;TC比TT:OR=0.94,95%CI 0.75~1.18,P=0.59;CC+TC比TT:OR=0.89,95%CI 0.72~1.10,P=0.30;CC 比 TC+TT:OR=0.66,95%CI 0.40~1.07,P=0.09)。结论高加索人种IL-1β+3953位点基因多态性与肺结核病易患性无明显关联性。

Objective To explore the association between the interleukin 1β( IL-1β) gene +3953 pol-ymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in Caucasian population. Methods Data bases were comprehen-sively searched to retrace all the related studies on the associations between IL-1β gene +3953 polymor-phism and tuberculosis susceptibility in European population. The related data were extracted from the litera-ture to carry on the Meta-analysis. The pooled odds ratios( ORs) of the association between IL-1βgene+3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in Caucasian population were performed in different genetic model comparison. Results Altogether 6 original studies with a total of 2019 subjects(1024 patients and 995 controls) were entered the final data combination. The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were no significant associations between IL-1β gene +3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in Cauca-sian population [CC vs TT:OR=0. 66,95%CI 0. 40-1. 09,P=0. 11;TC vs TT:OR=0. 94,95%CI 0. 75-1. 18,P=0. 59;CC+TC vs TT:OR=0. 89,95%CI 0. 72-1. 10,P=0. 30;CC vs TC+TT:OR=0. 66,95%CI 0. 40-1. 07,P=0. 09]. Conclusion There are no significant associations between IL-1β gene +3953 polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility in Caucasian population.
