目的：探讨放疗联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌痛的效果。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月本院肿瘤科收治的42例骨转移癌痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各21例。对照组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片口服，观察组给予放疗联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗。比较两组的疼痛缓减程度及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗2、4、6周后的疼痛缓解程度显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量提高所占比例显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用放疗联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移，可缓解患者的疼痛程度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of radiotherapy combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablet in the treatment of bone metastatic pain. Methods 42 patients with bone metastatic pain treated in oncology de-partment of our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observational group,21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral oxycodone hydrochloride sus-tained-release tablet,the observational group was treated with radiology combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sus-tained-release tablet.The degree of pain relief and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The degree of pain relief after treatment in 2,4,6 weeks in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of life quality improvement in the observa-tion group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of radiation combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bone metastatic pain can relievepain of pa-tients,it is worthy of promotion and application.
