通过对湿地松采脂不同的割面负荷率、割沟深度、割沟频率对比试验表明,割面负荷率、割沟深度、割沟频率对树木流脂量的影响度基本在30%左右。而如果将其组合成不同的工艺,流脂量的差异最大可达66.6%。割面负荷率控制在50%,割沟深度0.3~0.4 cm,割沟频率4~6天1刀的采脂工艺是最适合湿地松生物学特性的工艺。该工艺可提高劳动生产率88.3%,资源的利用率提高44.5%。科学的采脂工艺既能提高劳动效率又能保护和利用好资源。

In this paper, different experiments of changing cutting load ratio, cutting depth, cutting frequency of Pinus elliottii indicated that resin yield was infected by each factors around 30%, and different combinations could reach 66.6%. Through these tests, using cutting load ratio of 50%, cutting depth of 0.3~0.4 cm, cutting frequency of 4~6 days is the best technology suited biological characteristics of P. elliottii. The process can improve labour productivity about 88.3% and resource utilization rate about 44.5%. The scientific process will improve labour productivity as well as protect and use the resources.
