目的：探讨健脾益肾汤辨证加减辅助治疗羊水过多的临床疗效。方法选择2011年6月至2014年6月在河北省易县医院妇产科诊断为羊水过多的患者170例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各85例。对照组给予吲哚美辛片,每次25 mg,每日3次,用药时间为1周；观察组在对照组的基础上给予健脾益肾中药汤剂,每日3次,每次50 mL,连续服用1周。比较两组患者的临床效果、妊娠结局以及产后并发症。结果观察组治疗后的羊水指数和症状积分分别为(193±11) mm、(3．8±0．7)分,显著低于对照的(220±10) mm、(5．3±0．2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。观察组剖宫产、早产及产后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0．05)。结论健脾益肾汤辨证加减法治疗羊水过多临床效果显著,安全性高,产后并发症少,在临床上具有很高的应用价值。
목적：탐토건비익신탕변증가감보조치료양수과다적림상료효。방법선택2011년6월지2014년6월재하북성역현의원부산과진단위양수과다적환자170례위연구대상,의거수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조,각85례。대조조급여신타미신편,매차25 mg,매일3차,용약시간위1주；관찰조재대조조적기출상급여건비익신중약탕제,매일3차,매차50 mL,련속복용1주。비교량조환자적림상효과、임신결국이급산후병발증。결과관찰조치료후적양수지수화증상적분분별위(193±11) mm、(3．8±0．7)분,현저저우대조적(220±10) mm、(5．3±0．2)분,차이유통계학의의(P<0．01)。관찰조부궁산、조산급산후병발증발생솔저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P <0．05)。결론건비익신탕변증가감법치료양수과다림상효과현저,안전성고,산후병발증소,재림상상구유흔고적응용개치。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yishen decoction dialectical aux-iliary treatment for polyhydramnios. Methods A total of 170 polyhydramnios patients admitted to Yixian Hospital of Hebei Province from Jun. 2011 to Jun. 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,85 cases each. The control group received indomethacin tablets, 25 mg per time,three times per day,for one week;the observation group was given Jianpi Yishen decoction on the basis of the control group′s therapy,3 times a day,50 mL per time,for one week. The clinical effects, pregnancy outcome and postnatal complications of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the amniotic fluid index and symptom score of the observation group were (193 ±11) mm,(3.8 ±0.7),sig-nificantly lowerthanthecontrolgroup[(220±10) mm,(5.3±0.2)] (P<0.01).Theincidenceofcesar-ean section,premature delivery and postpartum complication of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Jianpi Yishen decoc-tion dialectical treatment has significant clinical effects for polyhydramnios with high safety and lower postpar-tum complications,thus has very high application value in the clinical practice.
