目的：观察并评估Beyond冷光美白综合疗法对氟斑牙的长期临床效果及安全性。方法90例轻、中度氟斑牙分别采用Beyond冷光美白治疗(A组，30例)、Beyond冷光美白综合疗法(B组，Beyond冷光美白治疗和TREE家庭漂白联合应用治疗，30例)和Beyond冷光美白后加一次维护治疗(C组，30例)，观察各组治疗结束时、治疗1，2，3年后的效果及牙齿敏感情况。结果3组美白治疗后均有良好效果，且B组与C组有效率均高于A组。2年后A组与B组、C组以及3年后A组与B组、C组组间有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，B组与C组在治疗1、2、3年后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组敏感症状均在第1次冷光美白后1 d内消失，组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，B组与C组处理后牙齿未再出现任何敏感症状。结论两种Beyond冷光美白综合疗法在轻、中度氟斑牙的美白治疗中均收到很好的远期效果，且敏感反应较小，有很好的应用前景。
목적：관찰병평고Beyond랭광미백종합요법대불반아적장기림상효과급안전성。방법90례경、중도불반아분별채용Beyond랭광미백치료(A조，30례)、Beyond랭광미백종합요법(B조，Beyond랭광미백치료화TREE가정표백연합응용치료，30례)화Beyond랭광미백후가일차유호치료(C조，30례)，관찰각조치료결속시、치료1，2，3년후적효과급아치민감정황。결과3조미백치료후균유량호효과，차B조여C조유효솔균고우A조。2년후A조여B조、C조이급3년후A조여B조、C조조간유효솔비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)，B조여C조재치료1、2、3년후비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。3조민감증상균재제1차랭광미백후1 d내소실，조간비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)，B조여C조처리후아치미재출현임하민감증상。결론량충Beyond랭광미백종합요법재경、중도불반아적미백치료중균수도흔호적원기효과，차민감반응교소，유흔호적응용전경。
Objective To observe and evaluate the long-term clinical effects and safety of two comprehensive therapies of Beyond cold light whitening in the treatment of dental fluorosis. Methods Ninety patients with mild and moderate dental fluorosis were divided into three groups.Group A (30 patients) was given Beyond cold light whitening comprehen-sive therapy,group B (30 patients) was given Beyond cold light whitening combined with TREE family bleaching thera-py,and group C (30 patients) was given Beyond cold light whitening plus maintenance treatment for one time.The effects and tooth sensitivity situation of each group after the treatment and 1,2 and 3 years after the treatment were observed. Results All the 3 groups obtained good efficacy after the whitening treatment,and group B and group C were both high-er than group A in the effective rate.Pairwise comparison showed that there existed significant difference between group A and group B and between group A and group C 2 years after the treatment and also between group A and group B and between group A and group C 3 years after the treatment (P<0.05),but there existed no statistically significant dif-ference between group B and group C 1,2 and 3 years after the treatment (P>0.05).The sensitivity symptoms disap-peared within 1 day after the first cold light whitening treament in all 3 groups,with no significant between-group dif-ference (P>0.05).Not any sensitivity symptom occurred in group B or group C after the treatment. Conclusion Both comprehensive therapies of Beyond cold light whitening achieve good long-term effects and cause small sensitive reac-tions in the whitening treatment of mild and moderate dental fluorosis,which are of good application prospects.
