目的：探讨中西医结合治疗Ramsay Hunt综合征的临床效果。方法将2010年8月~2014年8月在我院接受治疗的100例Ramsay Hunt综合征患者按照随机分配的方法将其分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)，对照组患者给予西药治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上再进行中医治疗，观察并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及半年后面瘫的恢复情况。结果实验组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组患者；半年后，实验组患者面瘫治愈率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药联合治疗Ramsay Hunt综合征可取得较为满意的结果，该种治疗方法值得大力推广应用。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료Ramsay Hunt종합정적림상효과。방법장2010년8월~2014년8월재아원접수치료적100례Ramsay Hunt종합정환자안조수궤분배적방법장기분위실험조(n=50)화대조조(n=50)，대조조환자급여서약치료，실험조재대조조적기출상재진행중의치료，관찰병대비량조환자적림상치료효과이급반년후면탄적회복정황。결과실험조환자적치유솔명현고우대조조환자；반년후，실험조환자면탄치유솔명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론중서약연합치료Ramsay Hunt종합정가취득교위만의적결과，해충치료방법치득대력추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treat-ing Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Methods From August 2010 to August 2014,100 patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to randomized allocation,they were evenly divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group,western medicine was used,while in the experimental group,on the basis of the control group,traditional Chinese medicine was added.The clinical effect and recovery of facial paralysis after half year were observed and compared. Results The cure rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The cure rate after half year in patients with facial paralysis in the experimental group was al-so higher in comparison with that in the control group.All these differences were in statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can obtain a satisfactory effect on treating Ramsay Hunt syndrome,which is worthy of extensively promotion and application.
