目的:探索基层医院开展品管圈(QCC)活动在预防护士针刺伤中的作用。方法以2013年7月~2015年2月在我院外科工作的19名护士作为研究对象,成立QCC,对护士针刺伤情况进行调查,继而进行要因分析、设定目标、制订对策并实施,10个月后比较QCC活动前后护士针刺发生率的变化。结果 QCC活动后,护士针刺发生率由活动前的80.5豫下降至32.6%,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);圈员在品管手法、职业暴露知识、职业认同感、沟通协调能力、解决问题能力、团队精神、积极性方面均有所提高。结论 QCC活动能有效预防护士针刺伤的发生,提高圈员的质量管理能力和积极性。

목적:탐색기층의원개전품관권(QCC)활동재예방호사침자상중적작용。방법이2013년7월~2015년2월재아원외과공작적19명호사작위연구대상,성립QCC,대호사침자상정황진행조사,계이진행요인분석、설정목표、제정대책병실시,10개월후비교QCC활동전후호사침자발생솔적변화。결과 QCC활동후,호사침자발생솔유활동전적80.5예하강지32.6%,전후차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);권원재품관수법、직업폭로지식、직업인동감、구통협조능력、해결문제능력、단대정신、적겁성방면균유소제고。결론 QCC활동능유효예방호사침자상적발생,제고권원적질량관리능력화적겁성。
Objective To investigate the effects of quality control circle (QCC) program in primary hospital on preventing needle stick injury of nurse. Methods 19 nurses worked into our surgical department of hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were selected as research object.A QCC was established to investigate the needle stick injuries of nurses,perform causal factor analysis,set goals,formulate and implement strategies.After 10 months,the incidences of needle stick injury among these nurses before and after QCC program were compared. Results After QCC program,the incidence rate of needle stick injury in nurse was decreased from 80.5% to 32.6%,and the difference was significant before and after QCC (P<0.05).The QCC members showed improvements in quality control technique,occupational exposure knowledge,professional self-identity,communication and coordination ability,problem-solving ability,team spirit and enthusiasm. Conclusion QCC program can effectively prevent needle stick injury of nurse,and improve the quality control ability and enthusiasm of members.
