从湛江高桥和海南东寨港红树林采集腐木样本248份,采用直接检查法和湿室诱培法检查样本,得到湛江高桥红树林木生真菌17属,其中子囊菌16属,黏菌1属。海南东寨港红树林木生真菌9属,均为子囊菌。利用种群优势度、Shannon?Wiener多样性指数、丰富度3项指数,对湛江高桥和海南东寨港红树林自然保护区木生真菌多样性进行了分析。结果表明:两地木生真菌的物种优势度差异明显,Anthostomella是湛江高桥和海南东寨港红树林共同的优势属。在湛江高桥红树林中,木生真菌的Shannon?Wiener多样性指数高于海南东寨港红树林木生真菌,但二者之间无显著差异。

Two hundred and forty?eight driftwoods and intertidal woods samples were collected from Mangrove Reserves of Zhanjiang and Hainan, respectively. The samples were directly examined un?der stereo?microscope or incubated in moist boxes while they were still fresh and moist. Seventeen genera from Zhanjiang Gaoqiao Mangrove Reserve were identified, among them, 16 genera belong to ascomycete and 1 genera belongs to Myxogastria. Nine genera from Hainan Mangrove Reserve were i?dentified, and all of them belong to ascomycete. Species dominance, Shannon?Wiener index, and richness index were used to study diversity of wood?inhabiting fungi from Zhanjiang and Hainan Man?grove Reserves. The results showed that species dominant in the two ecosystem types was distinctly different, but dominant genera of both ecosystem types were Anthostomella. And Shannon?Wiener di?versity index of Zhanjiang Gaoqiao Mangrove Reserve was higher.
