通过2年盆钵培养试验,对施用鸡粪固液分离产物后暗棕壤腐殖质结合形态含量及特征进行研究。结果表明:与施加新鲜鸡粪处理相比,施用分离鸡粪的固体后,松结态腐殖质含量显著提高,且显著减少了紧结态腐殖质含量,对联结态和稳结态腐殖质含量的影响无明显差异。对土壤松结态胡敏酸/富里酸( H/F)产生显著影响,光密度无明显差别;与对照( ck)相比,施用分离鸡粪的液体后,紧结态腐殖质含量显著提高,对松结态、联结态、稳结态腐殖质含量的影响无明显差异。对松结态、联结态、稳结态腐殖质H/F的影响无明显差别,光密度无明显差别。松紧比表现为施用分离鸡粪的固体处理显著高于ck,分离鸡粪的液体处理与ck间无显著差别。因此,可以通过鸡粪的固液分离施用,调控土壤不同结合形态腐殖质的含量和组成,进而实现土壤有机定向培肥。

통과2년분발배양시험,대시용계분고액분리산물후암종양부식질결합형태함량급특정진행연구。결과표명:여시가신선계분처리상비,시용분리계분적고체후,송결태부식질함량현저제고,차현저감소료긴결태부식질함량,대련결태화은결태부식질함량적영향무명현차이。대토양송결태호민산/부리산( H/F)산생현저영향,광밀도무명현차별;여대조( ck)상비,시용분리계분적액체후,긴결태부식질함량현저제고,대송결태、련결태、은결태부식질함량적영향무명현차이。대송결태、련결태、은결태부식질H/F적영향무명현차별,광밀도무명현차별。송긴비표현위시용분리계분적고체처리현저고우ck,분리계분적액체처리여ck간무현저차별。인차,가이통과계분적고액분리시용,조공토양불동결합형태부식질적함량화조성,진이실현토양유궤정향배비。
In this study, effect of chicken manure solid?liquid separation products on combined state of humus in dark brown soil was investigated through two years in the pot culture experiment. The re?sults showed as follows:Compared to XX, content of loosely combined humus was increased visibly and content of tightly combined humus was reduced visibly after application of Chicken manure sepa?ration solid ( FX) , and there was no difference in content of unitedly and stably combined humus. There was significant difference in ratio of HA and FA of loosely combined humus in soil, and E4/E6 indicated no difference;Compared to ck, content of tightly combined humus was increased visibly after application of Chicken manure separation liquid ( FLY) , and there was no difference in content of loosely and unitedly and stably combined humus. There was no difference in ratio of HA and FA of loosely and unitedly and stably combined humus in soil, and E4/E6 indicated no difference. Ratio of loosely and tightly combined humus showed:Application of FX treatment was observably higher than control treatment. There was no difference between FLY and ck treatments. Therefore, through ap?plying the manure dealt with solid?liquid separation technology, we can regulate content and compo?sition of humus bound with soil by different forms, thus achieving the goal of soil organic orientation?al fertilization.
