胫骨平台骨折属于关节内骨折，治疗不当易诱发创伤性关节炎、关节不稳、关节强直等，给患者的生活质量带来严重影响。其治疗以恢复胫骨平台关节面的平整和韧带的完整性、保持膝关节功能为目的。随着研究的深入及临床影像技术的快速发展，以X线为基线的影像诊断已经不能满足临床发展的需求，基于螺旋CT三维重建诊断方法已经成为目前最可靠的临床诊断技术，能够为临床医生的术前准备提供参考价值。
