目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌( TNBC)中血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)的表达及临床意义。方法分析40例TNBC 和50例 NTNBC 中 VEGF 表达情况，分析 VEGF 表达与临床病理特点的关系。结果VEGF 在 TNBC、NTNBC 中的阳性表达率为62.5%、32.0%，二者比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。三阴性乳腺癌中 VEGF 阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05)，而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论VEGF 与三阴性乳腺癌的发生、发展有着密切关系，VEGF 在 TNBC 组织中高表达，提示其恶性程度高，侵袭性强，预后差，可作为评估三阴性乳腺癌浸润和转移的重要生物学指标。
목적：탐토삼음성유선암( TNBC)중혈관내피생장인자( VEGF)적표체급림상의의。방법분석40례TNBC 화50례 NTNBC 중 VEGF 표체정황，분석 VEGF 표체여림상병리특점적관계。결과VEGF 재 TNBC、NTNBC 중적양성표체솔위62.5%、32.0%，이자비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。삼음성유선암중 VEGF 양성표체여액와림파결전이、림상분기유관(P<0.05)，이여환자년령、종류대소무관(P>0.05)。결론VEGF 여삼음성유선암적발생、발전유착밀절관계，VEGF 재 TNBC 조직중고표체，제시기악성정도고，침습성강，예후차，가작위평고삼음성유선암침윤화전이적중요생물학지표。
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in triple negative breast ca ncer (TNBC) and its clinical significance. Method analyze VEGF expression of 40 cases TNBC and 50 NTNBC, and relation ship between VEGF expression and clinical pathological features. Results positive expression rate of VEGF in NTNBC and T NBC was 62.5% and 32%, difference showed statistical significance between them(P<0.05). VEGF positive expression in TNB C is related with axillary lymph node metastasis, clinical staging (P<0.05), and shows no relations with patient’s age, tumor s ize (P>O.05). Conclusion VEGF has close relationship with occurrence and development of TNBC, high expression of VEG F in TNBC tissue indicates high malignant degree, and strong invasion and bad prognosis, which can be important biological ind icator to evaluate triple negative breast cancer invasion and metastasis.
