目的:对于糖尿病护理管理中全程健康教育模式的作用及意义进行探究和分析。方法选取我院于2014年4月到2015年6月收治的糖尿病患者80例,将其作为研究对象,运用随机分法分为观察组和对照组,每组患者40例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式,观察组采用全程健康教育模式,对比两组患者的血糖控制效果及对疾病了解程度。结果对比两组患者护理干预前空腹血糖和餐后2h 血糖情况,均无明显差异;护理完成后,两组患者血糖情况均有一定程度改善,且观察组显著由于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;护理干预后,对两组患者进行问卷调查,观察组有38例调查得分达到70分,对照组仅有22例,观察组患者对于疾病了解程度显著优于对照组。结论在糖尿病患者的护理管理中运用全程健康教育模式,能够显著提高患者对于糖尿病相关知识的掌握水平,改善其血糖情况,使得患者积极配合护理工作,应当在临床中加以推广和应用。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore and analyze function and significance of whole course health education mode in diabet es nursing management. Method choose 80 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2015 as r esearch objects, divided them into observation and control group by random method, 40 cases in each. Control group was applie d conventional health education mode, and observation group was applied whole course health education mode. Compare two gr oups patients with blood glucose control effect and understanding of the disease. Results comparison between patients fasting blood glucose before nursing intervention and blood glucose 2h after meal of two group patients showed no significant differenc e. After nursing, blood glucose level of two group patients improved to some extent, and that observation group is significantly h igher than control group, p<0.05, which shows statistical significance. After nursing intervention, questionnaire survey on two gr oups, and in observation group 38 cases scored 70, and only 22 cases in control group. Understanding of the disease of observati on group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion in nursing management of patients with diabetes, applying w hole course health education mode can significantly improve patient’s knowledge of diabetes, improve their blood glucose, an d help patients actively cooperate with nursing work, and it should be spreaded and applied in clinical practice.
