目的：探究分析超声诊断胎盘血管瘤和妊娠结局之间的相关性及其价值。方法随机抽取自2010年1月至2014年3月在我院妇产科有胎盘血管瘤的患者共81例作为研究对象，对其病例进行详细研究，得出超声诊断胎盘血管瘤与妊娠结局相关性的价值。结果本次研究对象中，有69例患者为胎盘血管瘤，8例被误诊为胎盘早剥血肿，4例被误诊为胎盘静脉湖。结论超声诊断能够将胎盘的生长情况更详尽的显现出来，对于早期产妇，是检查出胎盘血管瘤的有效方法，超声诊断胎盘血管瘤不仅有利于病变的早期发现，而且对妊娠结局有着极大的影响。
목적：탐구분석초성진단태반혈관류화임신결국지간적상관성급기개치。방법수궤추취자2010년1월지2014년3월재아원부산과유태반혈관류적환자공81례작위연구대상，대기병례진행상세연구，득출초성진단태반혈관류여임신결국상관성적개치。결과본차연구대상중，유69례환자위태반혈관류，8례피오진위태반조박혈종，4례피오진위태반정맥호。결론초성진단능구장태반적생장정황경상진적현현출래，대우조기산부，시검사출태반혈관류적유효방법，초성진단태반혈관류불부유리우병변적조기발현，이차대임신결국유착겁대적영향。
ABSTRACT:Objective To explore Correlation and its value of placental hemangioma diagnosis by ultrasound and pre gnancy outcome. Method randomly choose 81 cases patients with placental vascular tumor in obstetrics and gynecology de partment of our hospital from January 2010 to March 2014 as research objects, study their illness cases in details and find cor relation value of placental hemangioma diagnosis by ultrasound and pregnancy outcome. Results among research objects, 69 cases suffered placental hemangioma, 8 cases were misdiagnosed as placental hematoma, and 4 cases misdiagnosed as pl acental venous. Conclusion ultrasound diagnosis can explode placenta growth situation in more details, which is an effective method to check placental hemangioma for early maternal. Ultrasound diagnosis on placental hemangioma is not only conduciv e to early detection of lesion, but of great impact to pregnancy outcome.
