目的：探讨应用正畸联合修复法治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床治疗效果。方法2013年1月~2014年1月我科共收治牙颌畸形患者273例，其中136例为牙缺损伴牙颌畸形患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组68例应用正畸联合修复法对患者进行治疗，对照组68例应用正畸治疗法对患者进行治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行观察和对比分析。结果经治疗，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.5%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为48.5%，观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复法在治疗牙缺损伴牙颌畸形上效果显著，值得在临床上推广和应用。
목적：탐토응용정기연합수복법치료아결손반아합기형적림상치료효과。방법2013년1월~2014년1월아과공수치아합기형환자273례，기중136례위아결손반아합기형환자，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，기중관찰조68례응용정기연합수복법대환자진행치료，대조조68례응용정기치요법대환자진행치료，대량조적치료효과진행관찰화대비분석。결과경치료，관찰조환자적치료총유효솔위98.5%，대조조환자적치료총유효솔위48.5%，관찰조환자적치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론정기연합수복법재치료아결손반아합기형상효과현저，치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective To analyze and explore the clinical therapeutic effect of applying orthodontic repair in the treat-ment of tooth defect with dentognathic deformity. Methods From January 2013 to January 2014,273 teeth with dentog-nathic deformity were treated in our department.Among them,tooth defect with dentognathic deformity was in 136 teeth, which was evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.In the observation group,orthodontic re-pair was used,while in the control group,only orthodontics was applied.The therapeutic effect was observed and compar-atively analyzed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 98.5%,while 48.5% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was greatly higher than that in the control group,which displayed a remarkable difference after comparison (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthodontic repair obtains a great effect on treating tooth defect with dentognathic deformity,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
