目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗重度前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年5月~2014年5月收治的120例重度前列腺增生患者作为研究对象，给予TURP治疗。手术3个月后，评估患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分，检测患者的最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿(RU)和平均尿流率，并与手术前进行比较。结果120例重度前列腺增生患者手术均成功，未发生经尿道电切综合征。术后3个月的IPSS和QOL评分显著低于术前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后的Qmax和平均尿流率显著高于术前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后的RU显著低于术前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TURP可有效治疗重度前列腺增生，具有疗效好、出血量少、并发症少的优点，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토경뇨도전렬선전절술(TURP)치료중도전렬선증생적림상효과。방법선취본원2013년5월~2014년5월수치적120례중도전렬선증생환자작위연구대상，급여TURP치료。수술3개월후，평고환자적국제전렬선증상평분(IPSS)、생활질량평분，검측환자적최대뇨류솔(Qmax)、잔여뇨(RU)화평균뇨류솔，병여수술전진행비교。결과120례중도전렬선증생환자수술균성공，미발생경뇨도전절종합정。술후3개월적IPSS화QOL평분현저저우술전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。술후적Qmax화평균뇨류솔현저고우술전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。술후적RU현저저우술전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론 TURP가유효치료중도전렬선증생，구유료효호、출혈량소、병발증소적우점，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) in the treatment of se-vere benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 120 patients with severe BPH from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hos-pital were selected as the research objects,which were treated by TURP.Three months after surgery,the international prostate symptom score (IPSS) and quality of life (QOL) score were evaluated.The maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax),residual urine (RU) and average flow rate were detected.The outcomes was compared with that before surgery. Results Surgeries in all participants with severe BPH were successful,without any transurethral resection syndrome (TURS).The IPSS and the QOL score after surgery in three months was lower than that before surgery,with significant difference (P<0.01).The Qmax and the average flow rate after surgery was higher than that before surgery,with significant difference (P<0.01).The RU after surgery was lower than that before surgery,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion TURP can effec-tively treat severe BPH,which has the advantages of good effect,small amount of bleeding and no complication,it is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
