目的：对精神焦虑发病的相关因素进行分析,探讨心理疏导在该病治疗中的作用价值。方法选取2014年2月~2015年3月本院收治的226例焦虑患者作为研究对象,调查引起患者焦虑的相关因素,对问卷调查结果进行统计分析。将入选患者随机分为Sg(单一)组和Cg(联合)组,Sg组仅使用药物进行治疗,Cg组在药物治疗的基础上给予心理疏导,3个月后比较两组的疗效。结果家族史、生长环境、环境适应性、自信度、警觉性、过于敏感是引发焦虑的独立影响因素。经过3个月的治疗后,Cg组的总有效率显著高于Sg组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于有家族遗传史、生长环境封闭、适应性弱、自信程度低、警觉性高、过于敏感的人群要进行重点防护和治疗焦虑,对已患有精神焦虑的患者进行心理疏导比单纯用药有更好的效果。

Objective To analyze the related factor of mental anxiety,and to explore the role value of psychological counseling in the treatment of this disease. Methods 226 anxiety patients from February 2014 to May 2015 in our hos-pital were selected as the research objects,the related factor caused anxiety were surveyed,questionnaire results were counted.All patients were randomly divided into the Sg (simple) group and the Cg (combined) group.The Sg group was only treated with drugs,the Cg group was given psychological counseling on the basis of drugs.The effect in two groups was compared after treatment for three months. Results Family heredity,growing environment,resilient,confidence,alert-ness and oversensitive were independent factors of evoking anxiety.After treatment for three months,the total effective rate of the Cg group was higher than that in the Sg group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The people with family heredity,growing environment closed,bad resilient,low confidence,high alertness and oversensitive should be given stress protection and treatment.For patients suffering from mental anxiety,the effect of psychological counseling is better than simply using drugs.
