目的：探讨益气养阴消积饮联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法选取本院2014年6月~2015年1月收治的72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组单纯采用化疗，观察组采用益气养阴消积饮联合化疗。比较两组治疗前后的KPS评分、细胞免疫功能指标改善情况以及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的KPS评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+显著水平高于治疗前及对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD8+水平显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴消积饮联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果显著，能够有效改善患者的生存质量，提高细胞免疫功能。
목적：탐토익기양음소적음연합화료치료만기비소세포폐암적효과。방법선취본원2014년6월~2015년1월수치적72례만기비소세포폐암환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각36례。대조조단순채용화료，관찰조채용익기양음소적음연합화료。비교량조치료전후적KPS평분、세포면역공능지표개선정황이급림상료효。결과관찰조치료후적KPS평분현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조치료후적CD3+、CD4+화CD4+/CD8+현저수평고우치료전급대조조치료후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조치료후적CD8+수평현저저우치료전급대조조치료후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적치료총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론익기양음소적음연합화료치료만기비소세포폐암효과현저，능구유효개선환자적생존질량，제고세포면역공능。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaoji Yin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advance non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods 72 cases with advance NSCLC from June 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,36 patients in each group.The control group was simply given chemotherapy,the observation group was given Yiqi Yangyin Xiaoji Yin com-bined with chemotherapy.The KPS score,improving of cellular immune function index and clinical effect before and af-ter treatment in two groups was compared. Results The KPS score after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+after treatment in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment,with significant dif-ference (P<0.05).The level of CD8+after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaoji Yin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advance non-small cell lung cancer is significant,which can effectively improve patients’quality of life and cellular immune function.
