High risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia%Transurethral resection%Effect
目的：探讨经尿道电切术治疗高危高龄良性前列腺增生症的效果。方法选取2010年10月~2014年10月本院收治的120例高危高龄良性前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组采用开放手术，观察组采用经尿道电切手术。比较两组的总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%，显著高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间显著短于对照组，术中出血量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为10.00%，显著低于对照组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切术治疗高危高龄良性前列腺增生症效果显著，能够缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，降低并发症的发生率，安全性高。

목적：탐토경뇨도전절술치료고위고령량성전렬선증생증적효과。방법선취2010년10월~2014년10월본원수치적120례고위고령량성전렬선증생증환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각60례。대조조채용개방수술，관찰조채용경뇨도전절수술。비교량조적총유효솔、수술시간、술중출혈량급병발증발생솔。결과관찰조적총유효솔위95.00%，현저고우대조조적75.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적수술시간현저단우대조조，술중출혈량현저소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적병발증발생솔위10.00%，현저저우대조조적25.00%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론경뇨도전절술치료고위고령량성전렬선증생증효과현저，능구축단수술시간，감소술중출혈량，강저병발증적발생솔，안전성고。
Objective To explore the effect of transurethral resection (TUR) in the treatment of high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods 120 high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from October 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given open operation,and the observation group was given TUR.The total effective rate operation time,blood loss during operation and the incidence rate of complication was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the blood loss during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication was 10.00%,which was lower than 25.00% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of TUR in the treatment of high risk elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant,which can shorten operation time,decrease blood loss during operation and reduce the occurrence rate of complication.It has higher safety.
