目的:探讨提高患者营养治疗依从性对延缓肾功能损害的影响。方法将60例慢性肾脏病住院患者分为干预组30例、对照组30例,对照组常规对患者进行临床常规治疗,干预组在此基础上进行营养知识相关健康教育及监督实施,即通过营养评估、食谱制定、饮食指导及干预等全方位的营养管理,收集并分析干预后1个月、3个月、6个月患者肾小球率过率(GFR)值。结果干预后干预组1个月、3个月、6个月患者GFR平均下降值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0﹒01)。结论提高患者对于营养治疗的依从性,从而使患者主动实施营养治疗,可以有效的降低GFR值,延缓肾脏功能的损伤,对慢性肾脏病患者是非常必要且十分关键的措施。

ObjectiveTo investigate improvement of nutritional therapy compliance of patients to delay renal function damage﹒ Method divide 60 hospitalized patients with chronic kidney disease randomly into intervention group 30 cases and control group, 30 cases﹒ Control group was applied for clinical routine treatment, and Intervention group was applied for nutrition knowledge and health education and supervision and implementation on routine treatment basis, through comprehensive nutrition management of nutrition assessment, diet formulation, dietary guidance and intervention, collect and analyze glomerular filtration rate(GFR) of patients in 1, 3 and 6 months after intervention﹒Result average decrease value of GFR of intervention group was significantly lower than control group 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after intervention, and the difference shows statistical significance (P<0﹒01)﹒ Conclusion improving compliance of patients for nutrition and helping patients with active nutrition treatment can effectively lower GFR value, delay kidney function damage, which is a necessary and key measure for patients with chronic kidney disease.
