目的：探讨推进缝合对预防跟骨骨折外侧扩大切口术后切口并发症的应用效果。方法选择本院2014年3月~2015年3月86例跟骨骨折并拟行外侧入路切开复位内固定的患者,按入院顺序随机分为两组,观察组46例(48足)采用推进缝合,对照组40例(43足)采用单纯间断分层缝合,统计两组患者切口皮肤坏死及感染发生率。结果观察组切口皮缘坏死1足,感染1足,并发症发生率为4.17%；对照组切口皮缘坏死5足,感染3足,并发症发生率为18.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(字2=4.83,P=0.028)。结论推进缝合方法可降低皮肤坏死及感染的发生率,值得临床推广。
목적：탐토추진봉합대예방근골골절외측확대절구술후절구병발증적응용효과。방법선택본원2014년3월~2015년3월86례근골골절병의행외측입로절개복위내고정적환자,안입원순서수궤분위량조,관찰조46례(48족)채용추진봉합,대조조40례(43족)채용단순간단분층봉합,통계량조환자절구피부배사급감염발생솔。결과관찰조절구피연배사1족,감염1족,병발증발생솔위4.17%；대조조절구피연배사5족,감염3족,병발증발생솔위18.60%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(자2=4.83,P=0.028)。결론추진봉합방법가강저피부배사급감염적발생솔,치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the preventative effect of pushing interrupted sutures on epidermal necrolysis on post-operation of calcaneus fractures using L-shaped incision. Methods 86 cases of calcaneal fractures used lateral L-shaped incision in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group,with 46 cases(48 feet) who used pushing interrupted sutures and control group,with 40 cases(43 feet) who used simple interrupt-ed sutures.The rates of complication of incision were in statistics. Results 1 foot skin flap necrosis was found,1 foot was infected and the complication rate was 4.17% in treatment group;5 foot skin flap necrosis were found,1 foot was infect-ed and the complication rate was 18.60% in control group.The difference between two groups was statistically signifi-cant (χ2=4.83,P=0.028). Conclusion The pushing interrupted sutures can reduce the rates of complication of incision,it is worthy of popularization and application.
