目的：探讨单切口双钢板固定治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月~2014年4月闭合性胫腓骨远端骨折患者64例,按患者的意愿分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=30)。观察组行单切口双钢板固定术,对照组行双切口双钢板固定术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量和骨折愈合时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.805,P>0.05；t=0.490,P>0.05；t=0.974,P>0.05)。观察组平均住院天数显著少于对照组(t=3.755,P<0.05)。观察组术后切口延迟愈合、皮肤坏死、合并感染例数和非计划再次手术例数均显著少于对照组(字2=6.673,P<0.01；字2=4.338,P<0.05；字2=4.051,P<0.05；字2=5.334,P<0.05)。结论单切口双钢板固定术治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的骨折愈合效果佳,可缩短住院天数,切口延迟愈合、皮肤坏死、合并感染、再次手术等的发生率低,是理想的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of single-incision double plate fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 64 patients with distal tibial fractures in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2014 were se-lected and divided into observation group (n=34) and control group (n=30).Observation group was given single-incision double plate fixation,while control group was given double-incisions double plate fixation.Effect between two groups was compared. Results The mean operative time,average blood loss and healing time between two groups had no statis-tically significant difference (P>0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The number of the wound healing,skin necrosis,infection and cases of non-planned reoperation of observation group was significantly less than that of control group respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of distal tibial fractures,single-incision double plate fixation has a better healing effect and shorten the hospitalization time.The cases of wound healing,skin necrosis,infection and re-operation are less and it is an ideal treatment method.
