为保证工务设备及施工作业的安全,应构建能够及时发现并早期预警线路设备故障及沿线环境影响的高速铁路工务基础设施状态检测与监测系统.该系统可对轨道、钢轨、路基和重点桥隧的状态进行检测与监测,对道口、环境灾害、工务机械车运行和施工作业安全加以监控,并利用数据集成平台对数据集中管理、共享和综合分析,为工务设备安全监测与管理提供信息服务.论述了该系统的内容、功能及可行性.

T o ensure the safety of permanent way infrastructure and maintenance construction,a inspection and monitoring system of high speed railway permanent way infrastructure was presented,which is able to find and warn the infrastructure failure and the effect of environment along lines. T his system can inspect and monitoring the condition of tracks,rails,subgrades and key bridges and tunnels. It can also monitor and control railway crossings, environmental disasters,vehicles of permanent way security and maintenance construction. T he data integration platform in this system can be used to manage,share and analyze the inspection and monitoring data so as to service the permanent way departments. T he functions and feasibility of the inspection and monitoring system of high speed railway permanent way infrastructure were discussed.
