由于列车的蛇行运动,车轮对钢轨除有一垂向偏心作用外,同时还有一大小随机的水平力作用,从而引起动态轨距扩大,而钢轨倾翻扭转是引起轨距扩大的主要因素.本文结合我国现场轨道状态,针对安装弹条Ⅱ型扣件的60 kg/m钢轨和75 kg/m钢轨倾翻规律进行了理论分析和试验验证.结果表明:以有限元法为基础建立的钢轨倾翻量计算方法是可行的;相同荷载作用在钢轨跨中较作用在节点引起的钢轨轨头横移量略大;在同样荷载作用下,60 kg/m钢轨的倾翻量略大于75 kg/m钢轨的倾翻量.

As a serpentine motion of the train,the wheel has random horizontal force acting on the rail in addition to the vertical eccentric action,which causes dynamic gauge enlarging. T he tipping and reversing of the rail are the main factors causing gauge enlarging. By combing with the field track status of China,this paper made theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the rail overturn law on the 60 kg/m rail and 75 kg/m rail installed by elastic typeⅡfasteners. T he results showed that calculation formula of rail overturn amount based on the finite element method is feasible,the rail head lateral displacement of the rail span is larger than that of node and the 60 kg/m rail overturn amount is slightly more than 75 kg/m rail overturn amount under the same load action.
