目的：通过研究在宫腔镜的引导下对因人工流产导致的妊娠组织残留的诊断及治疗，并对其临床价值和体会进行分析和体会。方法随机选取2014年3月至2015年3月至本院就诊，经B超检查出为因人工流产致使子宫有异常回声的40例患者。随机分为试验组和平行对照组，试验组在宫腔镜引导下清除妊娠残留组织，平行对照组进行人工刮除残留组织。观察记录和比较两组患者的手术时长，手术出血量，预后阴道的流血时间。结果两组患者的手术时长，手术出血量和预后阴道的流血时间具明显差异，具统计学上的意义（P＜0﹒05）。结论相对于人工手动刮除，宫腔镜能够更加有效的清除因人工流产导致子宫内的残留物，患者失血量减少，伤口愈合快，在临床上具推广意义。
