目的观察分析以人为本护理对半月板损伤患者采用关节镜下治疗的临床应用效果并作出评价. 方法在2012年12月—2014年12月,依据纳入、排除标准选取肾脏疾病患者98例作为临床研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各49例. 研究组患者采用以人为本护理方式,对照组采用常规护理方式. 比较分析两组患者的护理临床效果,并对其临床应用价值做出评价,治疗后对患者及其家属采用本院特制的调查问卷进行医护人员调查满意度评估. 结果研究组患者膝关节功能评分优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01). 研究组患者及其家属对医护人员的满意度较高与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01). 结论以人为本护理对采用关节镜下治疗半月板损伤患者的膝关节功能恢复评分效果较佳,能有效安抚患者情绪,促进患者膝关节功能预后恢复,患者及其家属对护理满意度高,具有较高的推广使用价值.

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of people oriented nursing on recovery of meniscus injury treated by arthroscopic treatment and then give comments. Methods From December 2012 to December 2014, 98 kidney disease patients were selected as study objects by convenient sampling method according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and were divided into experimental group ( people oriented nursing) and control group ( routine care ) . The clinical nursing effects of two groups were compared and analyzed, and the value of clinical application was evaluated. After the treatment, patients and families were investigated their satisfaction to medical staffs by our hospital self-designed questionnaire. Results The goodrate of knee joint function scores in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0. 01). The patients and their families had a higher satisfaction with medical staffs compared with that of the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions People oriented nursing has a better effects for knee joint function recovery treated by arthroscopic treatment, placate patients′mood, promote knee joint recovery prognosis, and improve patients and their families′nursing satisfaction.
