重症肌无力( MG)实验动物模型的建立近年来已经发展的比较成熟,并且出现了多种模型制备方法,也都取得了不错的实验效果。但是也有一些问题,为了使MG模型制备方法更加合理化、科学化、规范化,进一步探究MG的发病机制为后期治疗提供可靠依据,该文对近年来广泛应用的模型制备方法予以总结,希望对MG的进一步研究能有所帮助。
重癥肌無力( MG)實驗動物模型的建立近年來已經髮展的比較成熟,併且齣現瞭多種模型製備方法,也都取得瞭不錯的實驗效果。但是也有一些問題,為瞭使MG模型製備方法更加閤理化、科學化、規範化,進一步探究MG的髮病機製為後期治療提供可靠依據,該文對近年來廣汎應用的模型製備方法予以總結,希望對MG的進一步研究能有所幫助。

With the increasing development of myasthenia gravis ( MG ) experimental animal models establishment in recent years, various model building methods have been used and achieved prospective effect,while problems are still existing. In order to establish experimental models rationally,scientifically and standardly,and provide reliable basis for further exploration of MG pathogenesis, here is to summarize the methods of model building in the past few years hoping to provide some help for further research of MG.
