重症肌无力( MG)实验动物模型的建立近年来已经发展的比较成熟，并且出现了多种模型制备方法，也都取得了不错的实验效果。但是也有一些问题，为了使MG模型制备方法更加合理化、科学化、规范化，进一步探究MG的发病机制为后期治疗提供可靠依据，该文对近年来广泛应用的模型制备方法予以总结，希望对MG的进一步研究能有所帮助。

With the increasing development of myasthenia gravis ( MG ) experimental animal models establishment in recent years, various model building methods have been used and achieved prospective effect,while problems are still existing. In order to establish experimental models rationally,scientifically and standardly,and provide reliable basis for further exploration of MG pathogenesis, here is to summarize the methods of model building in the past few years hoping to provide some help for further research of MG.
