严重颅脑创伤及其后遗症可导致不同程度的神经系统功能障碍,特别是颅脑损伤后学习记忆功能障碍会对患者的生活质量产生严重影响。因此,早期评估重型脑外伤患者的预后对于指导临床治疗、减轻或预防创伤后并发症有重要意义。 S100B蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶是神经特异度、灵敏度较高的生化标志物,其测定方便,可作为评估颅脑损伤严重程度和预后的参考指标。

Severe brain injury and its sequelae can lead to different grades of nervous system dysfunc-tion. The learning and memory dysfunction after traumatic brain injury would significantly impact the quality of life of the patients. Therefore,evaluating the prognosis of severe brain trauma at early stage is of great sig-nificance for guiding the clinical treatment,reducing and preventing the complications after trauma. S100B and neuron-specific enolase as the newly neural specific biochemical markers,can be conveniently detected convenient with high specificity and senstivity,therefore can be used as the reference indexes for assessing the severity and prognosis of brain injury.
