近年来人们对子宫内膜癌的研究逐渐深入，但其病因仍不明确。随着子宫内膜癌的发病率和病死率逐年增加，子宫内膜癌的诊断和治疗越来越受到关注。寻找早期诊断子宫内膜癌及评估预后的生物学标志物，以及探究子宫内膜癌生物靶向治疗已迫在眉睫。丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子A类3是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族的一员，其在多种肿瘤细胞中异常表达已得到证实，但在子宫内膜癌中的研究较少。

Recently,the study of endometrial carcinoma is gradually deepening,but the pathogen is still not clear. With the incidence and mortality of endometrial carcinoma increased year by year,more and more attention is paid for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma. Exploring biomarkers for early diagnosis,evaluating the prognosis and finding biological target therapy of endometrial carcinoma are urgent needs. Serpin peptidase inhibitor clade A member 3(SERPINA3),is a serine protease inhibitor,belonging to the serpin super family. It has been confirmed that SERPINA3 expression is up-regulated in various tumor cells. However,there are few studies about SERPINA3 in endometrial carcinoma.
