基于绿色化学的基本理念,在不添加任何酸碱的条件下有机复配适当的表面活性剂和乳化剂,成功地研制出配方非常简单、对稠油垢去除效果优异的微碱性水基清洗剂。通过正交试验和配方优化实验,确定较佳的清洗剂配方组成为:8.0%烷基糖苷、3.5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3.5%壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和2.0%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,余量为自来水。该清洗剂的pH≈7.5,去污力高达99.3%,并且其原液、2倍稀释液和4倍稀释液的去污力明显优于相应条件下的市售清洗剂。所制备的微碱性水基清洗剂具有所采用的工业原料廉价、配方简单和去污性能优异等优点,因而具有广阔的应用前景。

Based on the basic idea of Green Chemistry,a water-based cleaning agent with very simple formula,alkalescence and high detergency was successfully developedvia organic built-up of appropriate surfactants and emulsifier without addition of any acid and base. Based on orthogonal experiments and formula optimization experiments,the optimal recipe was decided as follows:8.0% alkyl polyglucoside,3.5% fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether,3.5% polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ethers and 2.0% coconut oil glycolamide in a tap water solution. The cleaning agent has a nearly neutral pH of 7.5 and very high decontamination rate of 99.3%. The cleaning agent and its diluent solutions for 2 and 4 times have higher decontamination rate than that of the commercial multi-purpose cleaning agent and their corresponding diluent solutions. The cleaning agent has the advantages of cheap industrial raw materials,very simple recipe,excellent cleaning performance,and thus has widespread application prospect.
