变应性鼻炎是临床常见的变态反应性疾病，其发病机制与细胞因子密切相关。细胞因子是一个庞大的小分子蛋白家族，成员繁多，作用广泛。作为一类具有重要生物活性的物质，它们广泛参与变应性鼻炎的发生和发展，在诱导细胞的增殖和凋亡、参与免疫应答、介导炎症反应等方面起到重要作用。该文针对细胞因子在变应性鼻炎中的作用，将国内外的相关研究进行综述。

The allergic rhinitis is a common allergic disease,and its mechanism is closely related to the cytokines,a wide range of the small molecular proteins with extensive functions. As a kind of important bioac-tive substance,the cytokines participate in the progress of the allergic rhinitis,playing a key role in cell pro-liferation and apoptosis,immune response and inflammation. Here reviews the studies about mechanisms of cytokines in allergic rhinitis both in China and abroad.
