目的：观察经验方“葆青汤”治疗围绝经期女性干眼的疗效。方法2012年1月至2015年3月就诊于北京同仁医院眼中医科的围绝经期干眼女性患者63例，予口服“葆青汤”，每日1剂，不用人工泪液，疗程4周。观察治疗前后患者的自觉症状积分、角膜荧光素染色（FL）评分、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、泪液分泌试验（SIT）值的变化情况。结果用药4周后，63例患者中治愈43例86只眼（68.3%），有效15例30只眼（22.8%），无效5例10只眼（7.9%），总有效率92.1%。患者自觉症状积分、FL评分、BUT、SIT均较治疗前有明显改善（P=0.01），围绝经期症状亦有改善。结论“葆青汤”治疗围绝经期干眼可缓解眼部不适症状、延长BUT、促进泪液分泌、改善角膜荧光染色情况，是治疗围绝经期干眼的有效方剂。
목적：관찰경험방“보청탕”치료위절경기녀성간안적료효。방법2012년1월지2015년3월취진우북경동인의원안중의과적위절경기간안녀성환자63례，여구복“보청탕”，매일1제，불용인공루액，료정4주。관찰치료전후환자적자각증상적분、각막형광소염색（FL）평분、루막파렬시간（BUT）、루액분비시험（SIT）치적변화정황。결과용약4주후，63례환자중치유43례86지안（68.3%），유효15례30지안（22.8%），무효5례10지안（7.9%），총유효솔92.1%。환자자각증상적분、FL평분、BUT、SIT균교치료전유명현개선（P=0.01），위절경기증상역유개선。결론“보청탕”치료위절경기간안가완해안부불괄증상、연장BUT、촉진루액분비、개선각막형광염색정황，시치료위절경기간안적유효방제。
OBJECTIVE To make a clinical evaluation of Baoqing decoction for the treatment of peri-menopausal dry eye. METHODS A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the 63 women patients with peri-menopausal dry eye in Beijing Tongren Hospital over a period from January 2012 to Mar 2015. A follow-up was done to evaluate the efficacy of Baoqing decoction for the treatment of perimenopausal dry eye by subjective symptom, FL, BUT and SIt. RESULTS After 4 weeks treatment, 43 (68.3%) out of 63 patients were cured, 15 (22.8%) out of 63 patients improved, 5 (7.9%) out of 63 patients no improvement, and the total effective rate was 92.1%. The subjec-tive symptom, FL,BUT and SIt were improved. The statistical analysis showed significant difference. CONCLU-SIONS Baoqing decoction was an effective therapeutic method for the treatment of perimenopausal dry eye.
