鼻导管吸氧是新生儿疾病常用的一种辅助通气方法。传统低流量鼻导管吸氧气体未经加温湿化，不能精确调节氧浓度，对患儿肺功能的辅助作用较小。近年来，加温湿化高流量鼻导管吸氧( HHFNC)应用于新生儿疾病取得了较好的效果。 HHFNC治疗时患儿舒适度高，耐受性好，护理方便，有效减少经鼻持续正压通气或经鼻间隙正压通气治疗时鼻部损伤和腹胀等问题发生，在基层医院即可应用。

Nasal cannular oxygen therapy is a common method used for neonatal diseases. The traditional low flow nasal cannular without heating and humidifying the gas cannot regulate the oxygen concentration and have little effect on pulmonary function of patient. Humidified high flow nasal cannula( HHFNC) for treat-ment of neonatal diseases has obtained good results in recent years. Children treated by HHFNC are with high comfort, good tolerance and convenient nursing. HHFNC can effectively reduce the nasal injury and abdominal distension while treated with continuous or intermittent nasal positive airway pressure ventilation. HHFNC can be applied in primary hospitals.
