目的：探讨黄元御治厥阴风木方治疗小儿目劄的临床疗效。方法将80例小儿目劄患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予口服《四圣心源》桂枝苓胶汤，配合饮食调护，对照组予局部点玻璃酸钠滴眼液和妥布霉素滴眼液。2组均以7d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，再随访1个月。比较2组治疗后的眨眼频率变化及随访中的复发情况。结果治疗组50例，治愈22例，好转21例，无效7例，总有效率86.0%；对照组30例，治愈2例，好转7例，无效21例，总有效率30.0%，前者疗效明显优于后者，差异有统计学意义（Mann-Whitney U检验，Z=-5.022，P＜0.001）。结论黄元御治厥阴风木方治疗小儿目劄有较好疗效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the intervention effect of Huang Yuanyu ’s Jueyin Fengmu formula on children with frequent eye blinking. METHODS Eighty children with frequent eye blinking were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group and control group.The treatment group received Guizhi Linjiao Decoction from the book of Si Sheng Xin Yuan combining diet nursing .The control group received eye drops of sodium hyaluronate and eye drops of tobramycin. The 2 groups were treated 7 d as 1 course, 3 courses of treatment and followed up for 1 month. The change of blink frequency and recurrence in follow-up of the 2 groups were compared. RESULTS In the treatment group of 50 cases, 22 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 7 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 86%;In the control group of 30 cases, 2 cases were cured, 7 cases improved, 21 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 30%, the former was better than the latter, there was statistically significant difference (Mann-Whit-ney U test,Z=-5.022,P<0.001). CONCLUSIONS Huang Yuanyu’s Jueyin Fengmu formula had better clinical ef-fect on children with frequent eye blinking.
